Standing 23" tall the lamp can be turned on and off simply by touching the base. This also controls the 3 power settings.

What makes this lamp so unique is the shade. In a metal framework are 6 panels of glass. Each panel has a picture of lighthouse in a fall setting. In front of the lighthouse is a cobblestone walkway. This lamp is available with a base in: Antique Brass, Pewter (dark gray), and Polished Brass.

The lamp comes with 3 15-watt bulbs but can use bulbs up to 25-watts.
