Standing 23" tall the base of this design has a polished brass finish. The lamp can be turned on and off simply by touching the base or the metal framework of the shade. This also controls the 3 power settings.

What makes this lamp so unique however, is the shade. In the framework are 6 panels of glass. On each panel is a picture of a covered bridge with a horse and buggy coming out the bridge. The diameter of the lamp is approx. 14 inches so this is a nice size lamp.
